Can you burp a baby while they are asleep? I always have to wake my boy up to make him burp

I had my tubes removed after my last baby... So better not have anymore, lol 😋... No grands.. my oldest is in school, she's a US Marine and engaged so there's some potential in the next year or so. But definitely not rushing it, and she's not either. She's in Florida and he's in Arkansas👏
