So this is the app I use track my period.. I had sex during the Green Dot days (estimated fertile) and now I'm a day after my ovulation (the flower) and I've been having cramps. I'm praying I'm not pregnant!!😭😭

yes I know. Me and my boyfriend have always used the pull out method. Always worked.

there’s more to the pull out method than just pulling out. Pull and pray isn’t a method and how most women end up pregnant. If you don’t want to get pregnant, I suggest more NFP and tracking your cycle without an app.
