Anyone knows what these are? My son is full of these on his face. He’s not acting any different so I don’t know it if bothers him. I’m guessing eczema? I use aveeno products only for him. I want to see if there are any similar stories before his pediatrician appointment tomorrow.

It just looks like the baby acne to me...I THINK that's what it's called. Its TOTALLY normal mama, more babies get it than don't. I put breastmilk on my sons face, let it air dry, a few times a day and it was gone in just a few days. Still talk to your pedi since you're going anyway  but I don't think it's anything to worry about.
