I always gave our pasta and let them pick it up themselves, I found they choked more when I cut it up🤦♀️ xx

@megan-leigh, yeah Hun, I used to make spag Bol, Shepard’s pie, chicken mash and gravy stuff like that and they’ve all been fine and dinners would be something like a sandwich stuff like that xx

I never cut up any food only into baton type shapes, he never choked. If he gagged I just smiled and clapped my hands he had to learn what that reflex was. No honey before 1 year and I noticed red cheeks with strawberries so encouraged them more with kiwi to make sure there wasn’t an allergy there. Weaning is so much fun
