Tips for nausea? I have it constantly. It never goes away. It's especially bad at night. I wake up with the severe urge to throw up. I also seems to have a lot of trapped gas in my stomach and ribs cage area that just makes things worse since I can't lay comfortably without either making myself nauseous to the point of gagging or in in pain because of the gas pains getting worse because of the position I'm in. I've tried ginger tea, toast, crackers, drinking more water, snacking more often, chewing on a little piece of ginger, and ginger broth as well. Not even frozen grapes are helping the past couple of days and they always do. I need help, I'm not sleeping hardly at all, and it's hard to take care of Henry when I constantly feel like I'm going to throw up any second. My doctor won't see me for a couple more weeks so I can't get meds and that seaband thing isn't helping at all. Bought it with my son and got it back out since I never used it with him. This pregnancy is so much worse than it was with him. I'm constantly miserable.

My doctor allowed me to get anti nausea med's- even before my first appointment... I was extremely sick and had to be hooked up to fluid's and lost close to 15lbs. Just call the doctor's office.

Sounds like hyperemesis gravidarum. You should talk to your doc about your symptoms. I used to take these prenatal vitamins called Rainbow Light and for some reason, they helped. I wasn't as sick once I took them.

My morning sickness has been horrible and the only thing that has been helping a bit are preggie drops. Somewhat expensive but I think they're worth it.
