@brittcelene you can ask about medications you can take. Some places will give you a list of safe medications. 
Really anything you want to know. I found it fun to take a notebook with me and write down my weight, and any info about the baby based on the appointment.

@brittcelene I don't think so. I still have my little book. I have a bad memory and wanted to document, especially since I had problems with both my pregnancies.
