Because I haven't had a period since miscarriage (almost 4 weeks ago) , out of curiosity I took a pregnancy test and it looked positive. I'm not sure what to think, I'm nervous, scared, excited, and very much overthinking alot.. I just dont want to get my hopes up.

Yes it looks positive.. but I know from other moms getting pregnant right away the baby wouldn’t stick.. they had to wait a few months. I hope yours does. I’m just telling you from other people’s experiences

I had a miscarriage in June and got pregnant again in July. I’m about to be 20 weeks tmrw and everything is looking good! Don’t lose hope!

I feel silly being the one asking this but did you track your HCG down to negative? Sometimes our bodies have a hard time letting go of pregnancy. Definitely call and get into the doctor's office. I'm sure they will want to check your HCG with a blood draw and repeat.
