I had this problem with my daughter when she was a baby I had her in the bath for a while and got it really wet and used a q tip took a few tries

Thank you I use them too but sometimes I feel I'm too gentle cause I cant stand my belly button touched so I feel I'm bothering his skin 🤣

Rubbing alcohol and a q tip worked on my belly button. It was weird after pregnancy.

I just let a lot of warm soapy water get on my kids bellys and then gently rubbed it through with a qtip
