Okay mammas I bought my daughter a new 3 in 1 car seat and it’s to big for my small car, it doesn’t sit right or recline right. I need a 3 in 1 (preferably)car seat that is meant for small compact cars. And GO!! Thanks in advance 👍🏼

I drive a Ford focus and I have 2 (I could fit 3 across) of the safety 1st guide 65. Rear facing is a bit of a hassle but once I watched a YouTube video I became a master at installing.
I just checked the Walmart website and there's a safety 1st guide 65 for sale for $58 that's black with green trim.... also the cosco mighty fit 65 is the same seat with different fabric options.

You don’t need a 3 in 1... they’re honestly not as useful as they seem because kids can outgrow them before they’re ready. I’d go with a convertible car seat for now.

@sleepymommy, So 3 in 1 seats are basically the same as a convertible (rear facing and forward facing) but they are also able to switch to a booster seat. BUT since they have the same forward facing weight and height limits, the child will outgrow them at the same time while using the 5 point harness. This usually happens around age 4... which some people believe they are then old enough for a booster but in realty the majority of kids aren’t ready until closer to 6. So the next step seats are called harness to booster that allow this to happen, which means you will probably buy another seat regardless. The 3 in 1 seats also tend to be a lot bulkier so convertible seats should fit way better in a compact car.

oh I see. I found a 3 in 1 that goes up to 100lb booster imma get. But I didn't know the difference I thought all convertable go into booster seats no just rear anx forward facing

I have a Mazda3 and the Chicco Nextfit iX Zip fits perfectly since it has 9 different recline positions.

I just got the convertable from walmart for both my boys. It goes up to 65lbs i think.
