I need tips on how to get my almost 3 month old to sleep in her crib. Right now she sleeps in her rock n play. Everytime we try the crib she wakes up about 10 minutes later crying, but in her rock n play she only wakes up once a night to eat.

I had to gradually ween my daughter from the rock n play. I put her in her crin during the day while I'd fold laundry and pick up her room. It was hard because we would turn on the vibration thing on the rock n play and she got used to it. It'll take time. Took us about a full month to get her into her crib.

We waited until my son was about 6 months before we had him sleep in his crib. Otherwise try having the crib in your room

Having them sleep in a rock and play isn’t a good idea because they’ll get too used to the incline. So it’s a good idea to transition to a flat surface ASAP. Our kiddos have successfully transitioned to the crib at 6 weeks and they began sleeping through the night right afterwards. Use a nightlight and a sound machine. Also try the Scout/Violet bedtime music.
