How close together were they? Were both like a regular period? You're 3 months post partum so it's most likely your body regulating still. After my second was born my first period was 13 days long. I bled every week from Tuesday-thursday and I still got my regular period every 4 weeks. I was convinced something was wrong and asked my doctor for an exam to be sure. Everything was fine. It definitely helped seeing my doctor and getting that medical opinion.
