I'd have to google for the actual law but youre allowed time to pump in a private room with a lock. Pumping time that isn't just a break.

@x_graveyard_baby_x, So there COULD be an exemption for your employer since they have less than 50 employees, but they would have to submit exemption paperwork to the US DOL & get approved before they can stop following the law. How did things go today? Did they give you a space?

I'm hoping I don't get a hard time about it from work, I work with other moms so it should be too bad but then again can't be to sure
