Is there a certain amount of days after a c-section that you should take the dressing off the incision?

I had the dressing taken off in the hospital after two days, I think.

Thats what they wanted to do for me but i told them i had 2 dogs that shed like crazy at home so they put a bandage on knowing my dogs would be all over me

I was sent home with a dressing and told to take it off after 24h to let it breath. I just made sure to wash and dry it properly. But it should be off by now.

@brittneyklaphake try and wash it them sleep fscing up worh nothing ontop. 8 days is long, and i also used peroxide once the stitches were out to make sure any infection luring was gone
