So me and my son were playing around the other day and somehow he hit my face and I but down hard and broke a took and other half that's there is loose.... It really hurts. I honestly don't think it's gonna fall out on it own and I'm scared to go to the dentist (honestly haven't been there in forever) have bad anxiety and deathly scared to go. 😞😞 Tell me some not so horror stories of your visits.

Not so much a horror story. But I’m in your boat kind of. Spent 5 years in an abusive relationship where I didn’t take care of myself. And my son head butted me and knocked one of them out due to poor health in the past. Typically most dentists are very sensitive when it comes to losing adult teeth. Try looking up no fear dentistry.
