I am Planning for second baby and trying from last 15 to 20 days.. and from last two days I feel left side Brest little pain when touch and sometimes I feel very light nausea and weird noises are coming from my stomach... 😆.. is these signs of pregnancy or something serious?? Should I go to doctor or it’s too early? Thank you
