Here i am back 3yrs later. Im pregnant again but not by my sons father. Shortly after giving birth i found out my sons father had been cheating on me the whole pregnancy with our friend. I broke up with him however we still lived together. He and his family have been giving me hell. Hes beat me up ran off with my son for 9mths and then 2mths and now again. My son contracted something no child should get while in his fathers care. Hes posting bad things about me on social media he wont answer my calls his father hangs up in my face. I have finally had enough and went to court to file for full custody. Hes threaten my boyf and talked about my unborn my sister snd her kids. Idk what to do but pray and follow through with courts.

I don’t understand how someone can have multiple opportunities to keep your child from you... wouldn’t you stop them from seeing him after the first time? Or fought them the first time? Makes no sense. Your past posts read as if you had them keep him because you were not in healthy situations, perhaps they felt you still weren’t in a healthy situation.
@laniejay and ive admitted to my wrongs which was staying in the toxic relationship and not taking my son cause i wanted my son to have his mother and father because i was raised without any. My fualt was constantly letting him and his parents get away with robbing my child without my consent. But let me tell you one thing when tih were left with nothing and noone and left in an abandon place because you have nowhere to go. I fight and im going to continue to fight. You and others can continue to put me down. You dont know my story. And if you wanted to you would have asked. But im done witb people making me feel like shit. Im fixing my mistakes. Thanks for your input though
@lovelytee, I’m not putting you down. Just letting you know if you want to be successful in court you have to own your role. The more you say it’s everyone else’s fault, the more they’ll roll their eyes. Good for you for picking up the pieces. We all make mistakes, walk rocky paths and it’s the strong that find new paths and fix the mistakes. I hope everything works out in the best interest of your son.

@lovelytee Don't give up! Good luck. Everything your bd post about you online print it out for court. Make sure document dates of everything. Get ready to prepare yourself to go hard or go home in court.

@lovelytee I hope you get your kid back 🙏🙏🙏If I were in your shoes I'd snatch my son right back. And he won't be seeing his dad anymore the nerve he had to keep him... It ain't right. Court is such a process snatch your kid back then proceed with court. By any means necessary I would be knocking doors down for mine💯. And on to a restraining order from myself and my kid. No way in hell I'd let him get my kid back. I'd even have a backup plan if court ain't saying what I wanna hear. Good luck to you! Some ppl don't know the feeling til the shoes on they're feet let yo baby daddy weep what he sews.

I have called the police dcfs got involved and my sons dads family maniuplated the situation. And got the case closed. Im going to courts for full custody but i feel like i should do more
