What can I do or take to produce more breastmilk? My baby is going on a month and is back at only breastfeeding but I dont produce that much milk. I pump and get at the most 3oz

The amount you pump is not an indication of how much you're producing. Babies are way more efficient at getting milk out than a pump is. As long as baby is gaining weight and having at least 6-8 wet diapers a day your supply is good!
