My son was up all night I'm so tired and now he's been sleeping I just want play with him to keep him up so he can sleep at night but all he does is cry cry cry cause he wants to sleep any ideas moms? I'm having a super anxiety attack with no sleep no break :((

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
SLEEP
Every time someone posts about their 6 week old sleeping through the night, I want to punch a wall. My 14 month old has slept through the night probably 5 times in his life. I'm fcking tired. Ok, so my friend is wanting to get pregnant but..... Her fiancé does not want kids, at lease for another 3-5 years he said... so she came up with the idea to have me pee on a stick for her and show it to him so that he’ll be comfortable with not wearing a condom and finishing in her.. basically the whole idea is to make him think she’s pregnant already...... so I do this favor for her or should I tell my girl to chill?
