Mine was the pushing. I was pushing for almost two hours, and they had me doing it before I was fully dialated which caused me to rip badly and need 12 stitches.
Mines was the afterbirth because my uterus was closing it couldn’t contract the placenta out so some was left inside they had to scrape what was left inside without no pain medication boy that was the worst feeling ever thought they were gonna have to do a d&c but they didn’t.!!!!!

Pushing. He got stuck for 2 hours and came out purple and blue. I ended up passing out

With my first it was the forceps. Hurt so freaking bad. My second was the doctor stretching me while i was pushing.

Afterwards for sure. Healing is no fun. Pushing was a breeze for me with both kids luckily - the doctor said I set a record. 😂

Second csection healing is taking a bit longer this time around. Im just tender under my bellybutton 😑

Contractions for sure! Mine were overlapping and twice as long as normal contractions. Plus horrible back labor. 😣
