I dont know what to do.

I was told to go back to the ER if i soaked 3 pads in 1 hr and is cramping. I am not bleeding havent bled since that last time but i am in so much pain. I keep getting sharp pains where my c section incisions are at on the sides of my stomach and my back to the ppint its uncomfortable to lay down.. idk if i should go get checked or if they're just growing pains since im pregnant with twins. I really do not know....
