When can I start giving my baby bottled milk that I’ve pumped? I had my little boy 5 days ago and he’s been struggling to latch on to one breast everyday as it keeps becoming engorged. I was told to pump a little to help him latch on. It does help sometimes but I hate throwing away the milk I’ve pumped! I’d rather give it to him in the bottle than throw it away xx

Have you thought about freezing it? They don't recommend giving baby a bottle until 6 weeks, it can mess with your supply x

NHS recommend 6 weeks before introducing bottle. However a sleep expert and nanny (Lisa clegg) suggested sooner because apparently that’s too long and then struggle to take a bottle because they are used to breast. So who knows, might have to be trial and error. Xx
