What can I do to get some of this pent up energy out of my dog lol hes super hyper and I dont mind just sometimes I know hes super bored and wants to play but idk what to do exactly.

Take him to a dog park, or just a spot in general outside where he can run. Play fetch, go for a walk, heck even just running back and forth letting him chase you or chasing him. Get him brain stimulating toys to play with inside. Teach him tricks and give him lots of praise and positivity.

Literally anything to get him moving. Go for a walk. Play fetch. Let him run the yard. Get him time outside on general.
In the home, teach him tricks - make him use his mind. Hide treats and tell him to find it. Lots of options.
