Rant: I have struggled with body issues a lot in my past. I feel like I got through it and became mentally healthy/stable then find out I’m pregnant. I just compared my 6 weeks photo to my 11 week and I want to cry. Gaining weight always has been hard on me and now with this, I feel like I’m going back to my old ways. I was searching prenatal yoga but then are so expensive! I feel super weird going to the gym pregnant....I am also scared I will push myself too much and don’t know safe work outs and stuff.
Weight gain during pregnancy is completely normal and a lot of people get there original weight or close to it back a couple months after the baby is born. For example I like you had some weight gain and body image issues and I weighed 119 lbs before the baby and I'm now 30 weeks and about 170-173 pounds but it's all baby weight and you legs gain weight to be able to support your baby weight
