I think that goes for most of us women. We are all here for you if you need us. Personally I find comfort in talking to others outside of my personal life to really get an outsiders perspective and get real advice. Not just advice my friends think I’d want to hear.
Lots of support try to get sleep surround your self with positivity and do your fav hobbies
Make sure you have time for you at least once a day. 10-20 mins of alone time. For you to do whatever you want
Having someone to talk to is important, and I can't stress it enough, PLEASE, TELL YOUR DOCTOR!!! That is why they're there, to help and get you through it. Everyone is different, and everyone needs help at some point or
another, don't be ashamed of your feelings, its ok, it occurs in a lot of women, more than you might think actually.
