Hey mamas, Out of nowhere my baby girl seems to have baby acne all over her face. I’m calling the pediatrician today when they open, But I’m wondering how to get rid of it. Sucks she had to get that a week before Thanksgiving. My other two did not get that so it’s new to me.

It will be away on its own. My daughters didn’t stay long. I have also heard breast milk helps but I didn’t try it
If you are breast feeding put some milk on her face
Do I pat some on her face then wipe it off or do I let it sit on her face?
@karennn, i just massaged some ob my daughters face you don’t need a lot baby acne is normal it would go away on its own but the breast milk helps
They really aren’t going to do anything. If you are breast feeding that helps and just wipe her face after each feeding. It goes away on it’s own. They probably are just going to look at it to rule out eczema
Baby acne is normal and there's really no way to get rid of it other than letting it go away on its own. I guess some people say you can put breast milk on her face and it'll help but I don't know how accurate that is
Please don’t put anything on her face. Just wipe her face down with a warm wash cloth and keep it dry. Baby acne is very common around this age and it will go away on its own.
