My baby has spots everywhere on her face should I worry or it’s normal she is 24 days

Then I'd say just baby acne... Just keep an eye on it, but I don't think you have anything to worry about Hun.

It could be baby acne, heat face ,or a simple allergic reaction to lotion, perfume, detergent- something along those lines... As long as she doesn't look or seen uncomfortable, I wouldn't worry too much. When is her next doctor appointment?
