@wolfe1134, you can put it on the skin with a carrier oil such as olive oil or coconut, and eat some altoids or have peppermint tea!

I didn’t pump. Only self expressed when I was in pain. And only enough to relieve the pressure. Took about a week for it to dry up. Also, no nipple stimulation. That will make your body think it’s feeding time.

@wolfe1134, just the first 2 or 3 days. If I remember right I only had to hand express once. And it took an extremely hot shower and a hard massage to get it to release.
