Bf and I have been daydreaming about our future home.. Found this one house and I love everything about it. I'm in love with the look of this house! 😍😍😍😍 (Really not that expensive either, imo at least. Less than $300k starting)

How is that less than 300k 😭 Our market is so high in my area. We are looking for 4-5 bedrooms and it is around 500s and up. Something like that here depending which city in my state. &’ If it was built recently with a modern design. That could easily be around 700s and up.

Same here in Florida. Living is wat too expensive. We need a 4-5 bedroom but never get it bc I'm not going to pay 2500 or so a month.

It was starting at $264k, as a new build. I'm sure once you get into it and add the upgrades you like it would be 300-350k. But I'd honestly be happy with building with very basic materials and slowly adding our personal touches as we go. Although $350k still isn't that bad to me for this house. At 3,700 sqft if you could get it all done for under $400k 👍👍👍 A month it would be about $1,250. Arizona has awesome house prices! Could easily find 4-5 bedroom houses for under $300k!
