Drink lots of water! It won't all go and affect it directly but all the water your drink adds more to your fluids. I drank a 64-100oz a day (which was way more than I had been) and my levels went up 3 points no problem.

@bigsisfinallymommy, Same here , I was kinda wondering why I was so huge but then again he’s 6.5lbs.. they’ll check my fluid on Thursday so fingers crossed 🤞🏽
