No postpartum period yet?!?!?

I am still breastfeeding my almost 8 month old and haven’t gotten a period. I know nursing can postpone my menstrual cycle but I figured it would have returned by now.

Man, mine returned almost immediately after recovery 🙄 Within a few weeks for sure and I was breastfeeding as well. Still do and it never missed a beat til 9 wks ago obviously lol
Wow! It’s crazy how different we all can be! Congrats on baby 2!! Thats so exciting! Trust me I’m not complaining about no period! I am just curious to see if this has happened to anyone else. It didn’t happen with my other 2 kiddos but I didnt breastfeed this long and had to supplement with my oldest. I also had to have an emergency csection this time so I wonder if that matters? 🤷🏻♀️
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
I gotta question could I be pregnant and have 2 1/2 day period because I think i got pregnant on Nov 26 and had implantation bleeding on Dec 11 because I'm usually on my period for at least 4 days but mostly 5 or 6 which my full period was Nov 11 for 5 days ?? but in dec only 2 1/2 days it's kinda confusing really im excited about my Dr visit feb19 to know for sure :)
Question! If I'm just ovulating today and my period is supposed to be due January 4th. Will I have my period on time?

Something is wrong ! I mean 144 days!
So I thought I was starting my period. I woke up this morning with tiny cramps nothing major. I then had to use the bathroom and I was spotting. It has since went away and I hope it stay away. My last period was Dec. 28 and I should've came on Jan. 25th but nothing.
My son is 7 months and I haven’t gotten a period yet. With my daughter it’s started at 10.5 months postpartum. I’m not complaining!
