40 weeks today. 🙏🏻

I’ve been up since 130 with contractions and awful lower back pain. My contractions are anywhere from 2-6 min apart and my back pain is non stop. Most of my contractions stop me in my tracks. I really don’t want to go to the hospital too early. Does this sound like I should probably be prepared to go in? Im about 30 minuets away from the hospital but of course it’s snowing so it will take a bit longer to get there.
