Noticed that every time I walk with Lizzie in the stroller and my dog on the leash, everyone passing by say how beautiful my dog is and wants to pet him. Why is it ok to compliment the dog but not my beautiful baby girl in the stroller? Is it some sort of cultural quirk? Just curious 😊
True. I was thinking it is close to the situation on the roads, people tend not to look at what is inside of other people’s cars when they pass by. It is considered rude. But it is ok to look at the dogs and pet them and such?
Maybe they don’t want to be intrusive? I always resist the temptation to peek at babies in carriers because I feel like a creep.
