Feeling like the worst mother in the world.... I just need someone to talk to. I'm so alone

My daughter was overtired and just had a massive tantrum. She threw herself on the ground so hard she scrapped her knee and is bleeding. She continued to throw a fit and kept crying until she started throwing up all over the house. Everything I said to her and everything I did just escalated it and finally I had to put her in bed and walk away. She is covered in her own puke. My mom had been taking care of her and she didn't put her down for nap when she was supposed to go down. When she gets overtired we struggle with tantrums. I called my mom and she told me she will never watch my children because apparently she never does it right and hung up on me. So here I sit with a 7 mth old who is terrified because the three year old woke him up with her screaming. A kid covered in her own puke because I can't seem to reach her and me realizing that I'm just a complete failure.

you are not a failure mama take a deep breath and breathe a moment gather yourself and once you feel like you are calm try again and give her a bath
