The only way I can get comfortable is if I sleep on my back. I read that’s not very good for the baby. What do I do y’all ???
Ok thank you ladies I get so stressed out like I’m going to hurt my baby or cause brain damage I sleep so light now trying not to be on my back but my hips go numb if I lay on them too long. By too long I mean like an hour or so.
I tried to stay on my sides but I woke up on my back. Your body will tell you when it's time to move off your back.
You can sleep on your back and just put a pillow halfway under one side so slightly raise you! It doesn’t have to be full on side sleeping, even a little support on one side will get baby off the big artery. That’s what my doc had me do cause I was way too uncomfortable full on side sleep
I sleep on my sides with a slight incline and also on my back with a pillow wedged under one hip so I’m not completely flat.
