Is it normal for my period to get worse when I am doing things? I finally put the carseats in the truck and now my hips hurt so badly but before doing that I was just fine. This is day three and it is usually light and no cramps. Now I can just feel it getting heavier and the cramps are making me having to bend over and try to catch my breathe. 😣
