Zarbees makes a cold Medicine but I think it’s for 6 months and up. It’s like an all natural one.

Unless it's made without honey, babies can't have Zarbees until after 1. Zarbees is made mostly of honey and extra things which isn't safe for babies under 1 but they might have one without
