Just venting...I called my husband today to tell him the tire pressure sensor in the new car came in and I was sure that one of the tires was leaking air. He said don't worry about it just go to work. I'll fill it later... I teach swimming lessons in Wisconsin. After work I came out and the tire was flat (shocker) I tried to reach him but he wouldn't pick up his phone. I'm stuck outside with wet hair in 30 degree weather. His mom was nice enough to come get me but she lives a ways away so I was outside for 45 minutes waiting. Then we get home and she stayed with the kids while we went and got a compressor and filled the tire to make it home. My husband went to change the tire and I stopped him. I decided I'd never be stuck somewhere depending on him again. I had him supervise while telling me what to do and I changed the tire all on my own. I feel damn good about it too!

I get it!! I learned to change a tire at 19 years old on the side of a dark freeway ten hours from home.
