So I was prescribed generic phenergan for my morning sickness, and in the last 3 days that I started taking it I seem to throw up way more than before I took it. I’d take it in the morning if my stomach wouldn’t settle and now it’s like after I take it I can’t keep anything down for the majority of the day. I throw up anything that passes through my mouth. Has this happened to anyone else???? 🤢

A few saltine cracker so my stomach isn’t empty with water. But even after it “takes affect” I will constantly throw up for hours. This will be my 3rd pregnancy and I’ve never had this much trouble with morning sickness.

@savanna_moore1103, I’m 28 weeks tomorrow and I’m still dealing with it as well. Phenergan didn’t help me a lot and even on my bottle it said one of the side effects could be nausea 🙄
Have you tried zofran ?

yes I also have that prescribed as well. My insurance only allows 12 pills per 28 days so my OBGYN told me to take the generic phenergan until my Zofran is refilled. Well I take the phenergan and I throw up more with it than without it.🤦🏼♀️ I told my husband I’m going to stop taking it to see if that’s what’s causing me to throw up all day. Like literally I was able to keep down fries from Jacks at about 8pm and the rest of the day was spent in the bathroom throwing up food and liquids.
