I had to stop breastfeeding and my doctor put me on a bc pill and that helped. Also I wore a tight schedule bra 24/7 except to shower and only released what I needed to relieve pressure. He was 6 weeks old and it took me about 2 weeks to dry up completely. He's 7 months now and I haven't leaked or anything since he was 2 months old
I slowly cut out one feeding and replaced it with bottle feeding... I’d suggest a Day time feeding and when LO isn’t upset. Then slowly cut out more... I keep the night time one until last to stop
Have nothing helpful to add :( but just wanna say, I'm loving the positivity and helpfulness on this post... carry on as previously scheduled, lol
Oh, I heard if you drink a lot of peppermint tea it'll help decrease supply, and if you have any pain from engorgement, cold cabbage leaves in your bra helps with that
You could try pumping just to relieve the pressure, and use the breastmilk collected to mix with the formula. It could help him transition to the taste of formula, and your supply will decrease because the demand isn't there. Cold cabbage leaves on the breasts are supposed to help dry you up as well.

@joselin.salazar47 so then it should be fairly easy as long as he's not sensitive to formula
