I have a supper shitty memory but I think I saw (way back on B.B. TTC) someone recommended taking some certain vitamin with clomid? Black something? Did I dream that?

I did black cohosh with my Clomid on certain days and also maca ❤️

I took the cohosh CD 1-12 it works with the Clomid and also helps with the side effects. Then I started OPKs CD 12 that last day I took the black cohosh.

@beakymcspence, the last time I took clomid I developed a cyst that made me feel like I had a ton of pressure, extremely sore and tired. I’m wondering if the black cohosh would help!

Unfortunately the cysts and hyper stimulation can be AWFUL! Black cohosh compliments the Clomid but I also found it helped the side effects definitely worth it hun.
