Ladies, any tips/advice on hip pain? I’m used to the achey hips. But this pregnancy has also brought Charlie horses to the hips with every step. Either on the outside or worse, on the inside where leg and vag meets. It’s so bad I take a step and then try to twist all kinds of directions to stop it. 😫 I’ll be 36 weeks tomorrow and I’m starting to not be able to walk. Stretching does nothing.
Get into the habit of when u extend ur legs point ur toes up towards ur knees! This has worked for me all pregnancy its a Charlie Horse killer. Good luck. Bananas help as well (potassium).
