Here’s one more consumption topic lol for the pregnant mamas out there do you have limits and restrictions for yourself as far as sweets, like candy cravings or ice cream??
@nbentley88, that’s good discipline lol I’m working on it. To be fair I do eat salads and tomatoes, broccoli, steamed carrots or baked chicken, pastas, etc

that balances it out the way you do 😉 I agree about being reasonable about healthy meals in order to treat yourself to a snack 👍🏽 I feel better cause I don’t have fried food every day but I do love my snacks like jellos and puddings, cupcakes here and there, cookies, sometimes a candy from my girls Halloween bag lol
As long as its not a craving im losing sleep over I limit myself. If I have an unhealthy lunch/dinner then my snacks can only be healthy but if I have healthy meals then I'm aloud to spoil myself with a snack lol not the best way to be cause no matter what I'm eating something fried or chocolatey but just make sure theres some healthy things in every day atleast because if I would allow myself I could live on all these sugared and unhealthy foods lol..
