I had one, the advice I'd give you is walk when you can it definitely helps, laying down was a little difficult the first 2-3days so I personally preferred sleeping in the recliner with baby next to me in his pack n play, Also you will be sore so keep ontop of pain meds but within the next few days after leaving the hospital you won't need as much as far as soap on the incision I would try to stay away from anything scented it could irritate the area, I used some very mildly scented body wash and was fine try not to life anything heavier than baby I made that mistake and partially opened my stitches. You will do fine just pace yourself and allow your body to heal, I was nervous about the C section but everything went great!

@shaneengregory29 I dont know. There could be a lot of things. Maybe you need to just be patient. If you've already been trying a year, it might be time to see your dr to make sure everything is ok.
Have you talked to God about this? People look at me crazy when i say this but any time I want a baby I pray to God and he does it. With this baby I was pregnant within a month of praying. If its the desire of you and your husband's hearts and if aligns with HIS will he will bless you with it.
