If I don’t breastfeed, do I still need to take out the milk from my breast?
@vvrobinson you dont have a right to question someone on their parenting decision. You can give advice but do not tell someone what is best for their child. Smh
@vvrobinson for all you know she could be a breast cancer survivor. 🤷 So don't be a jerk when giving advice about breastfeeding when you don't know her reasoning for not wanting to.
@vvrobinson, not breastfeeding doesn’t mean you don’t know the benefits. You’re the only one throwing a fit, because you aren’t being agreed with. What you said to her was uncalled for. 🤷🏻♀️ you can continue to act like a child if you want to, though.
@vvrobinson, lots of people know the benefits of breastfeeding, and still don’t want to breastfeed. Wanting to use formula doesn’t automatically make you uneducated. Not breastfeeding isn’t going to hurt her child.
@vvrobinson, judging her, and telling her her to pick up a book is ignorant. And a bitch move. 🤷🏻♀️
Don’t listen to the ignorance @vvrobinson, is spewing.
Don’t empty your breasts if you don’t want to breastfeed. Releasing the milk triggers your body to make more. Let it dry up on its own. It will be painful for a few days.
@vvrobinson maybe she doesn't want to try? Her life and her baby's life. No need to be so judgemental. ☺️☺️
@vvrobinson, not every woman is capable of breastfeeding. Some have been damaged emotionally or physically and doing so would take a toll on their mental health. Others just can’t produce much like myself so it’s a constant struggle everyday of “ok, I can do this for one more day...”
Ask questions first, judge later if you must.
I didn't BF my son and I remember mine dryed up by them selfs it did time time though and I would put cabbage leaves in my bra to help it's something my mother and MIL told me about.. Good Luck😊💓
If u dnt want to breastfeed express it out in ur hot showers for the first few days becuase ur breast lumps up from all the milk coming in at once and then just ket it dry up on its own
If you don't breastfeed or pump you just let it dry up. If you want to use your milk you can always pump and feed your baby with a bottle or just formula. Up to you mama💗
All you ladies flipping out and name calling @vvrobinson, are jerks. Yes I agree with it’s @venunauta, choice if she doesn’t want to breastfeed her baby. Like myself, I personally cannot breastfeed my baby when she comes this time because I need to be back on my medication right away. But there is no need to be name calling just because she asked a question and told her to read about benefits of breastfeeding. You ladies need to chill out. Obviously if it hurt the original posters feelings she probably would’ve put her own say in it.
