Not the best pictures but does anyone know what this Is?
My son's just over 1 month old and the past few days these spot/bumps having been breaking out more and more over his face and neck he doesn't seem to be bothered about it still drinking normal , still having wet nappy

Looks like baby acne 2 of mine had it. It goes when they few month old x
I would take him to the gp just to be on the safe side hun x
Or if he's face is rubbing on anything blanket ect x
My son is 18 month and I wiped his face with a fragrenced wipe other day he's got this never had it before cause I usually use water for his face could be a skin reaction to what u have used maybe x
Is he breast fed? If so could just be your milk? My cousins little one had something that looks very similar to this but alot worse and it was her breast milk that was causing it.... if he's not breast fed then could be heat rash or from formula milk.... if your not sure maybe phone and ask for some advice, but if he's feeding and well in himself probs nothing to worry about x
Omg my son is 1week and has those on his cheeks too... no idea what it is though🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
Baby's come out in all little rashes there skin is getting use to things I'm sure it's nothing to worry about x
