26 weeks pregnant and struggle really bad with restless leg syndrome! π₯ It's terrible! Im not currently on any medications but i think im going to mention it to my doctor in 2 weeks. What kind of medication would they put me on, if any? And what are some ways to get some sleep without kicking my legs like my life depends on it!!



I take vitamin b-12 for that
Being active during the day and doing leg stretches at night helps me alot prayers though girl because I still have some rough nights:/
Tonic water helps. So do bananas
