I wish my SO understood I tell him how I’m feeling because I want emotional support, just tell me everything is going to be alright.. but instead I get “I don’t know what you want me to do”, “I’m getting pissed off because I can’t do anything to help you”. Obviously I don’t wanna bottle stuff up but all around I don’t even wanna tell him anything anymore. This time apart from him has been the absolute worst.
