Anyone know how to bring down vaginal swelling ? It’s quite painful and Tylenol barely helped 😭

@jellybeans33, I tried. It helps for about a hour but the pain and swelling is still here

Use some ice and put your feet up/lay down to take some pressure off.

Ice and lay down. If you can’t lay down use padcicles.

I use ice in a bag wrapped up in a towel and it helps

Fold up a wash cloth and soak it in warm water. Squeeze out the excess water and let it sit in your vjay
