You need to track your period. The more tracking you do the more accurate it is knowing your fertile window. I use the “eve” app. I have my period tracked all the way since my first period after having my son. I’ll include a picture of my cycle showing my period (red) and my fertile window (green). My cycle is typically 30-34 days.
