Breastfeeding question.. I’ll call the pediatrician tomorrow but I believe I have thrush (red spots on nipples and aerola’s) first of all how can I tell if my son has it? And also is there anything I can do for it in the meantime so it doesn’t get worse while we wait?

Yeah could be. Hopefully it's an easy fix whatever it is

@monavidaaxo, for some reason thrush scared me because everyone told me it was impossible to get rid of. I got a clogged duct that was turning into mastitis this year and man that ish took me out for a couple days. @kambam, it looks like a rash on my nipples.. it’s not terrible but I’m hoping it’s possibly because I caught it early?

If you have burning and itching that doesn't go away it could be thrush. If you just have red spots though, could be unrelated.

@monavidaaxo, thanks.. he has no white or red sores but I know that doesn’t mean anything. He’s definitely fussy and gassy but I just assumed it was because he was going through a leap. Just noticed the red spots on myself tonight. Will the antibiotics get rid of it fast?
